Each individual is permitted only one Account on the popy99 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under Your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
popy99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, driver's license, proof of address, and selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
To create an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match Your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through Your Account are Your responsibility, whether authorized by You or not. You agree to immediately notify popy99 of any unauthorized access to Your Account or any security breach.
You must keep Your Account information current and accurate. If Your email address, phone number, or residential address changes, You must update Your Account information within 7 days. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions.

Accounts that do not complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is complete.
All transactions on the popy99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You may not deposit or withdraw in any other currency. Currency conversion, if applicable, will occur through Your payment provider and is subject to their exchange rates and fees.
popy99 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Example: If You receive a Rp 1.000.000 welcome bonus with 30x wagering, You must place Rp 30.000.000 in qualifying wagers before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:
All bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire after the validity period stated in the promotion terms, typically 30 days. Expired bonuses and related winnings are automatically forfeited.
popy99 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating wagers with other players to guarantee profits, using betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts permanently closed.
All sports bets are governed by popy99's official betting rules and the specific rules of each sport. For football betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise specified. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market specifically includes them.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If any selection is void or postponed, the bet continues with reduced odds based on remaining selections.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, operate according to their published rules and paytables. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness.
If Your connection is lost during a live casino session or sports betting placement, any pending wagers will be resolved according to the game outcome. In the event of obvious errors in odds, payouts, or game results caused by technical malfunction, human error, or system failure, popy99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. The Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. popy99 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services. Any disputes with third-party providers must be resolved directly with them.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and You may lose money. popy99 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through normal, legitimate use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for managing Your bankroll and gambling within Your means.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, popy99's total liability to You for any claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount You deposited into Your Account during the 90-day period preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds will be returned to You via Your registered withdrawal method after deducting any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Once closed, Your Account cannot be reopened.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your Account with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Specific grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Upon account termination for cause, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. If termination results from Your breach of these Terms, popy99 reserves the right to forfeit any Funds or winnings in Your Account. If termination is without cause or at Your request without breach, remaining verified Funds will be returned to You.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and applicable regulations governing online gaming operations. Any disputes arising from Your use of popy99 Services shall be resolved through the mechanisms outlined below.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or Your use of the Platform, You agree to first contact popy99 customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days through customer support, the matter may be escalated to our management team for formal review.
Any claim arising from Your use of popy99 Services must be filed within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are time-barred and will not be considered.
